It’s me, Natalia 👋

I am a bilingual Product Manager, living in Austin.

I’m a problem-solver who thrives on uncovering unexpected insights to create more powerful product experiences.

With a foundation in product development and user insights, I’ve worked across Paris, Chicago, Madrid, and Austin—partnering with great companies and even greater people.

Art is a huge part of my life, so I’m always seeking inspiration—whether I’m losing my voice at concerts, experimenting in a darkroom, making clay disasters at my local pottery studio, or exploring new places.

I'm helping shape the future of new construction home search as part of the NewHomeSource.com redesign.

Think fewer boring listings—more interactive features, a more refined and intuitive design, and smarter location insights.

Previously, I was a founding member of a new team for Google where we handled product rollout activities for Google Search Verticals.

I had the opportunity to become a Product Lead where I hired, managed and mentored a large team of Product Analysts, Technical Project Managers, Language Specialists and Ontologists, assuming full accountability for departmental OKRs, operational goals and output.

One of my favorite highlights is spearheading a research project in early 2020 that led to the launch of the Covid-19 Knowledge Panel by analyzing worldwide data trends.

Leading this work not only sharpened my ability to scale product operations but also gave me a deep understanding of search ecosystems. I know how to design product features with SEO in mind—leveraging data trends, algorithmic insights, and content strategy to drive visibility and engagement.

I can speak for hours about my experience at Indeed - helping people get jobs was one of the most impactful challenges I have ever been a part of.

I increased Indeed.fr’s traffic lead to 776% vs. top market competitor by launching localized product features, identifying and triaging market-specific needs, initiating product monetization strategies, and providing evidence-backed insights to other Product teams, UX, Engineering, Marketing and Finance.
